Terrible service I’ve been using Coinbase for 2 years. Woke up today to a message that my account has been suspended without providing any reason. When I tried to withdraw my remaining funds to my bank it would say “can’t withdraw due to connection issues” after talking to their customer support for about an hour I received zero help, the customer support clearly didn’t have any idea of what they are doing. All I got was “you’ll be contacted by email asap” I would highly recommend checking out other platforms.

Do not invest there. Scam Sure, a scam, please avoid. I transferred the money to Coinbase but accidentally transferred it to a blockchain, which was confirmed by Binance. Coinbase, then tell me they cannot trace the money. It is a scam because you have to log a ticket each time. It shows that they don't want to resolve anything but just prolong the issues until the person gets fed up and gives up. What a bloody scam. No support, what so ever. I will take further action.

My Coinbase has been under review for… My Coinbase has been under review for months and I cannot update or transfer anything. Impossible to get in contact and my last case 18002392 has been closed without resolution. SImply not good enough Coinbase

Terrible Signed up. Undertook one transaction, bought Litecoin then tried to send it to pay for something. Account locked for 30 days. Had to sell and unwind transaction. Coinbase took their fees on both sides of the transaction and locked my account.
