First: I never got the bonus amout that was promised Second: they say that are the cheapest on futures trades, but then buy crypto true them, fhey are one of the expensive Third: when you furfill tasks to get more bonusmoney that money can only be used to pay for fees.( they do not say that) Last: i had a couple of 1000usdt that i wanted to withdraw to an other exchange. My money was on hold for 2 weeks. Final : the customer support is worse than a car dealer. " Do not call us..we will call you" After 27 mails i finally got my money back

Don’t bother using MEXC .com Very very difficult exchange to do business with. Very very difficult to send money to despite using the designated reference number they give you for the actual payment transfer. Sent £1000 to them via wise bank transfer, got confirmation it was received by them within 2 hrs yet they failed to find my funds for 10 days so far. After totally exhausting back and forth emails they found my funds but still haven’t allocated them and I’ve had an account fully KYC verified yet still they are asking for photo of me holding my license and a full bank statement and a hand written letter stating I’m not money laundering etc ‼️ OH MY GOD ‼️ talk about make life difficult for us. I am happy to promote uphold, coinbase, kraken etc as far easier to do business with

Confirmed Scam Exchange Scam Exchange, Poor server quality (6000+ ms ping). tested the suspicion that they bet against you when using leverage and confirmed by using over 50 test orders on various coins while comparing the price to other exchanges simultaneously, tested coins that follow BTC price before during & after BTC dumps. Coins would do a complete 180 from your positions whether it be long or short so I thought I would place 2 opposing positions & the prices would go stagnant regardless of the coin it was done with. Would execute shorts when the price was over 5% variation rendering limit order's & TP/SL's useless & completely ignoring set buy price forcing liquidation's instantly. Going by the issues people have with withdrawals I don't trust them at all so spot trading and holding assets long term is out of the question completely. Don't waste your time, money or mental wellbeing. I thought I was going crazy until I spoke to others who had the exact same experience.

My experience My experience: I saw bad reviews about MEXC but I gave it a try due to the low fees. Some weeks I was successful with spot trading on MEXC. Then one day after waking up I saw that MEXC put my account under risk control: Trading and withdrawl my money is not possible during the next 30 days. Customer support is friendly as always but they only tell me to be patient and wait for the results in 30 days. It‘s my money but MEXC don‘t let me take out my money. Imagine you put money on an exchange and you‘re not able to take your money out whenever you want! Such actions as MEXC does don‘t create a safe feeling for crypto community! Update after 30 days of risk control: The risk control was lifted today. They didnt communicated why this happened, but today they lifted the risk control and I was able to withdraw my money. So I switched from one star to 3 stars.

Future trading is a scam!! Future trading is terrible, I wanted to place an order, all of a sudden my laptop crashed and two instead of one orders were placed with only one second in between (which is not even possible to do manually since there is a message which you have to accept before placing an order), the orders placed were with maximum leverage (I wanted to place one order with 10 x leverage not 200 x) and more money than I intended. After this I went to the customer support but instead of replying to my problem they kept saying it is not possible that this happened since we have an extra step asking whether you really want to place the order so your account must be hacked' but exactly that response shows that it is not possible that two orders were placed within one second!! DON'T DO FUTURE TRADING WITH MEXC THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!! So far no problems with spot trading
