Exchange can sometimes disconnect which is annoying when scalping it can make getting in and out at market not the best sometimes. Are forcing KYC soon so have left to go elsewhere. But personally had no major problems using it

Communication is appalling Communication is appalling. Placed a buy order but only half filled. When i queried got a reply from Kelvin but then nothing. The coin i wanted is available on other sites at my buying price but not on Mexc and no reply to the multiple queries I have raised.

On different web pages on the same asset and timeframe, the chart would show different type of candlesticks, maybe based on the type of trading you been taking or else still a glitch. Many times when you are closing a position that indicate a certain profit, the real profit turn out to be almost always way less. It's like they are working against you.
