CYDISASTROUS exchange: NOT RECOMMENDED For me MEXC has been catastrophic due to "risk-control" triggering so often that it is BARELY-USUABLE. Even for transaction as small as $50 my account got frozen repeatedly and was unable to withdraw or buy. Customer support just sends me links to pages for me to read but apologizes saying they can't tell me exactly what I am doing wrong to cause this risk-control triggering. Stay away! Oh, and to "unfreeze" an account MEXC asks you for a 3-month statement! Even though one has made a purchase on that same very day!

NZNever had any problems with deposits… Never had any problems with deposits and withdrawing, which is number one most important thing a exchange should allow. Exchange can sometimes disconnect which is annoying when scalping it can make getting in and out at market not the best sometimes. Are forcing KYC soon so have left to go elsewhere. But personally had no major problems using it

AUCommunication is appalling Communication is appalling. Placed a buy order but only half filled. When i queried got a reply from Kelvin but then nothing. The coin i wanted is available on other sites at my buying price but not on Mexc and no reply to the multiple queries I have raised.

AUConfirmed Scam Exchange Scam Exchange, Poor server quality (6000+ ms ping). tested the suspicion that they bet against you when using leverage and confirmed by using over 50 test orders on various coins while comparing the price to other exchanges simultaneously, tested coins that follow BTC price before during & after BTC dumps. Coins would do a complete 180 from your positions whether it be long or short so I thought I would place 2 opposing positions & the prices would go stagnant regardless of the coin it was done with. Would execute shorts when the price was over 5% variation rendering limit order's & TP/SL's useless & completely ignoring set buy price forcing liquidation's instantly. Going by the issues people have with withdrawals I don't trust them at all so spot trading and holding assets long term is out of the question completely. Don't waste your time, money or mental wellbeing. I thought I was going crazy until I spoke to others who had the exact same experience.
