Where do I begin with talking about… Where do I begin with talking about this Exchange… if you want to lose money regardless of how good you are using TA, then trade here. This has got to be the most manipulated aggressive algorithm designed to take your money. They don’t play fair. Any sort of leveraged position with be stop hunted and or liquidated. I have many years of trading and have done very well. I strongly warn you from using this exchange.

Communication is appalling Communication is appalling. Placed a buy order but only half filled. When i queried got a reply from Kelvin but then nothing. The coin i wanted is available on other sites at my buying price but not on Mexc and no reply to the multiple queries I have raised.

First: I never got the bonus amout that was promised Second: they say that are the cheapest on futures trades, but then buy crypto true them, fhey are one of the expensive Third: when you furfill tasks to get more bonusmoney that money can only be used to pay for fees.( they do not say that) Last: i had a couple of 1000usdt that i wanted to withdraw to an other exchange. My money was on hold for 2 weeks. Final : the customer support is worse than a car dealer. " Do not call us..we will call you" After 27 mails i finally got my money back

Future trading is a scam!! Future trading is terrible, I wanted to place an order, all of a sudden my laptop crashed and two instead of one orders were placed with only one second in between (which is not even possible to do manually since there is a message which you have to accept before placing an order), the orders placed were with maximum leverage (I wanted to place one order with 10 x leverage not 200 x) and more money than I intended. After this I went to the customer support but instead of replying to my problem they kept saying it is not possible that this happened since we have an extra step asking whether you really want to place the order so your account must be hacked' but exactly that response shows that it is not possible that two orders were placed within one second!! DON'T DO FUTURE TRADING WITH MEXC THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!! So far no problems with spot trading

Laughable at best Laughable at best. Looks like they dont want customers and customerservice is incredibly dumb OR a bot....I wanted to verify for KYC...pictures sent were perfectly clear and readable. They just keep asking for new ones because it was blurry...I can read all data on the picture so why cant you ? It took me hours and many attempts and i did not even get through the proces of opening an account. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG. If opening an account is already an issue. I do not wish to know how you will treat more serious issues. NEXT !! Much better is out there.
