And did updates on policy I learned they Partnered with steadyincome.online a known scam site that has stolen millions of dollars from countries outside the USA. Now they locked my account and haven't refunded me anything I paid for platinum package that's $3000 USD. And only got $400 back before my account was locked. I will remove this review once I receive my refund. Update: I reported them to the FTC and DOJ, they shut down their website on telegram they have a group called sunmining.energy it shows they change there name and site location. I was really hoping that this was real… I was really hoping that this was real but it seems i have been had by them. I started out small thank god because i was about to put ALOT of money down into it. I did make 2 withdrawals of small amounts however since the site went down im no longer receiving any of my hashrate or profit or anything. Ive tried to withdrawl the rest of my funds but to no avail. Ive tried to comtact support but yet again to no avail. Its a scam. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but this is BS. Im taking it up with fraud investigators. Update - The sun mining team did get back to me and assured me that everything will be coming back and that orders will be reimbursed up to date and everything will be back to normal. I guess ill just wait and see.
