Well first of all the lady we worked was the best Well first of all the lady we worked with was awesome and very helpful. I called for a loan to clean up my credit and didn't get it. Then she told me about a program that would help clean up my credit. She explained everything carefully and made it easy to understand her. Very curtious, polite and was sensitive to ur situation at hand. Then she ended up help out my g/f cause she was in the same boat. Call this Office if you need assistance I received the first letter from Credit Associates in December 2023 but was very skeptical about it due to fear of scammer and fraudulent. However, I finally decided to call the office number in April/2024, the agent who answered the phone was nice and friendly, she asked me a few questions then transferred me to another agent who is Mr. Vasquez who was very kind and understanding. Mr. Vasquez explained the process and helped to generate a consolidation plan so that I can gradually pay off my debts. Thank You very much to Mr. Francisco Vasquez for all of your help.
