Helpful and experienced Jimmy Streubel was extremely helpful and made my experience easy. I’ve been so nervous to call and ask for help. He did not make me feel bad about myself getting into debt. Times are tough for everyone, especially those of us with kids who are just trying to provide the bare necessities for them as well as have a caring childhood without the stress. I will recommend to others who are also going through a tough time with debt!

You kept trying to work with a company, on my behalf, even after they kept refusing to work with you and were threatening legal action against me. I greatly appreciate the honest way you do business and your excellent customer service! Unfortunately, because of that company, I had to file bankruptcy. I don't like that my accounts are gonna… I don't like that my accounts are gonna show late payments. Cause yall having started paying on them. I don't know why I have to deal with 2 months of calls of debt collection. None payments. So far. I haven't seen that ya'll have settled with the credit card companies. I'm worried it's gonna effect me more on my credit.
