Descriptive and Thorough I appreciated how they explain each step of the process as they take you through it. I felt they were very thorough in explaining what costs and payments would be, as well. My specialist also gave some helpful tips on managing accounts, and the benefit of working with more than one bank at a time, as I budget from this point on while going through the program.
