Not only was he friendly, but he made me feel comfortable as he took his time to ask me questions and I did not feel rushed. The program was explained to me clearly and there was not a push to quickly enroll me in the program. He made sure that I understood the benefits and what the outcome could be. I have been able to communicate with him and Cynthia without any issues. I appreciate their time and honesty.

We also received 2 calls from different people asking if we were still ok with our discussion. I am not thrilled that I am not paying as agreed but with all of the charges the card company charges it makes it very difficult to ever pay them off
