Truly a God's send!!! After dealing with lots of frustration with other debt relief programs, I was hesitant to trust and work with anyone else to help me achieve a debt free, financial struggle free life. From the very first conversation I had with Pacific Debt Relief I knew they were different from the rest. When assigned my manager and he began working with me I knew for sure that I made the right decision. He was amazingly kind and understanding, super knowledgeable and he didn't miss a beat. He kept me informed at all times, personally answered my every call question or concern, he worked wonders with the banks and everything that was agreed was delivered with no hidden fees or agendas. They were fair and gave me a payment plan that I was able to afford and keep current til the very end. I even finished the program early and to a nice surprise received some money back. I can't really justifiably explain what Pacific Debt did for me except to say that they were a GODs send. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone needing help with their credit card debt. Very difficult to cancel Very enthusiastic and convincing sales people, but after consulting with my wife and my credit union I decided not to enroll in the services. After several emails and phone calls I still cannot get anybody to return my call and confirm that I'm unenrolled in this program.
