Extremely Grateful! When i first took the call I wasnt even sure I could get approved for anything. My credit score unfortunately took a hit lately. I had a business and had no choice but to use the cards to make ends meet. The agent (Lindsey) held no punches, which I like. What made our experience good was the person, Joey M. and his honest and realistic interpretation of what he could do to help us with our current financial situation. He asked questions, looked at our current situation & offered some ideas on how we could resolve it.
