When they broke everything down for me, it felt like I was able to finally breathe, I have been drowning in debt thinking I would never be thrown a life line. They have become my life line. GBI did not need to let my credit card… I did not need to let my credit card accounts laps on payments like a different consolidation agency wanted me to. If I had a question either by phone or messaging it was answered promptly. I am treated with respect and the agents are always helpful.

GBThe company is extremely transparent… The company is extremely transparent and always keeping me up to date with a complete breakdown of where my money is going. The customer Service team has never once let me down in being able to help me in answering my questions. I had to recommend them to another friend who also needed financial assistance. I've just about completed my 5 years with them and have no complaints.
