GBI am very pleased with Elevate… I am very pleased with Elevate representatives. I have spoken with two different individuals, Mia and Jamaul. Both were very pleasant and helpful. Mia helped with beginning the process and did not try any "high pressure" to make a decision immediately. She allowed me time to look over my budget and carefully consider all my options. Jamaul was assigned as my debt management coach. He was very helpful with answering questions that both I and my wife had. Took the time to make sure we understood all that happening and would be going on as the program progressed.

GBI recently wrote a review of Elevate… I recently wrote a review of Elevate Financethat was absolutely accurate at the time it was written. It was not a very favorable review and Elevate did not like it. Since then they have contacted me and settled one of my accounts. They have also alerted their legal department concerning one of my accounts. I appreciate the action they have taken recently. I just wish there was more communication regularly from them concerning my accounts.Updates on what is happening with them would be much appreciated. I’d like to know which ones they are focusing on for example. this process is very stressful and I know that Elevate knows that. It was six months before I heard anything about any of my accounts that is too long. As they have requested, I will remove my unfavorable review since they have now taken action on my behalf.
