Not happy with service I thought once you got my first payment you would start working with my creditors you're only working with one. I'm being told funds need to build up so in the meantime you sit on my money gaining interest for you while I get bombarding with nasty calls. I don't understand why you can't reach out to all 4 and set up some kind of monthly payment plan. Sorry I ever signed up for this crap. You're putting me in a worse mess than I was in. Totally dissatisfied with this service.

I was skeptical at first I was skeptical at first , hearing horror stories of going through a debt relief program , but Freedom Debt Relief is an amazing company . We had done everything we could think of to lower our bills so that we could pay our monthly debt and be able to eat at the same time , even clearing out our 401k to pay off our car to give us a little breathing room , but as soon as we had that little bit of money , our electric bill increased by 3x (Texas Summers) , car insurance doubled, and it seemed our ‘freedom’ was swallowed up by inflation . We were back where we started . I called Freedom Debt Relief, spoke to an amazing agent who walked me through the steps to get started , explaining the website , the way they consistently negotiate with your creditors to pay of your debt . Is it a fast process? No. But in the long term , it pays off debt faster than if you continued to pay yourself , AND the 3 accounts they have already negotiated with took $1000’s off the amount I had to pay back . I would recommend them to anyone who is struggling and does not want to go down the ugly ‘bankruptcy’ road . With this route , you feel good knowing you are still paying the debt you owe, but they help you manage it so much better.
