GBDon’t trust this company! Don’t trust this company! Their initial representative was so nice and helpful, and yes, we immediately had one account resolving. Interestingly though, this account was one we had not originally planned to include but we’re talked into it. It seems they may already have a deal with this company. After that, however, Beyond has failed to accomplish anything as promised. They never even contacted the other three credit card companies, and within 6 months, these were turned over to collections, and our credit scores tanked. They assured us at the beginning that this would happen but be resolved quickly. This will not be the case now that the accounts are in collections. When I have asked Beyond representatives about why they did not even attempt to contact the companies, they always give lame excuses about trusting the process. They also gently blame us for not allotting more money to the their account monthly, to which my response is that if we could have afforded to put more in monthly, we probably would never have needed their assistance. Beyond has NOT kept their promises, and I am doubtful that they will. Do not waste your time with them or trust them!
