Mrs Cuen is awesome!!! Mrs. Cuen treated me with dignity and made me feel less apprehensive about my decision. She was very professional and explained some things to me that I didn't understand. I did go to my Dashboard and see one 1 creditor to negotiate, I would think with a team each creditor would have a check mark to begin work, kind of like how we have accounts and people dedicated to each account to handle.
