Mrs Cuen is awesome!!! Mrs. Cuen treated me with dignity and made me feel less apprehensive about my decision. She was very professional and explained some things to me that I didn't understand. She took the time to find out about my situation not just threw a one size fits all plan at me. I wish I would have called sooner.

I just started with Beyond Finance to… I just started with Beyond Finance to clear up a 4 month disability stint. My company recommends them and are a part of our "benefits" package. I am truly praying I made the right decision after reading the reviews here. I did go to my Dashboard and see one 1 creditor to negotiate, I would think with a team each creditor would have a check mark to begin work, kind of like how we have accounts and people dedicated to each account to handle. So although I just started a week ago I will report back as to how this goes.

Great Customer Service! Brandon was very helpful and explaining things to me. He was patient! When he transferred me over to Mary, she also explained everything to me, and I feel very comfortable and going through this program.

It's frustrating every time I had a… It's frustrating every time I had a question and tried to get an answer from the online chat I could never get a straight answer, while I was glad for initial help, it has been very stressful being unable to get a straight answer to any question. So I cannot rate your company any higher than three.
