They have explained how things worked and with that I really felt secure. They are very transparent and explained to me how the bureaus are fighting back with disputes and with that I am happy because of the transparency unlike with other companies they will promise you everything just to get you signed up. GBMy score went up enough Since watching some of Coach Q videos I have been able to start my car rental business. I need credit repair to be able to get some loans for the cars. I used the My Credit Approve Software and removed my collections and late payments. My score went up enough to get funding to start my business. I love this place. They are so professional and I feel completely comfortable with asking questions without feeling stupid. Everyone that works there is super nice and helpful. GBHorrible communication and lack of confirmation During the sign-up process, I requested somebody reach out to me to go over the process overall. I was assured someone will reach out Within 24 hours. After 72 hours, I continue to request someone to give me a call, and I was unable to get anybody on the phone. Anytime I called the customer service number. It went straight to voicemail and I was sent an automated message. That message requested me send a text message voicing my concern. I sent a text message and still no response. I have requested that company cancel my membership and provide a full refund however, I have not received a response This was done. I’m currently in the process of filing a complaint Consumer protection agencies to get a refund.
