I gave it a four star because the initial information I was given when I was deciding to sign up about how the process worked did not match how the process actually is. After about three months, I started to see results happening. The group has been very communicative both by phone and email. They check in once a month to let me know the status of my accounts and to see if I have any questions. Everybody has been willing to take the time to answer my questions when I’ve had them.
