Did everything they said they would do and were extremely professional and helpful through the whole process. Everyone working for the company was a joy to deal with. Everything I was promised was fulfilled completely. Recommend their services to anyone.

I am not pleased at all I am not pleased at all. My credit score decreased tremendously and after being in the program at least 6 months nothing has been paid off or paid. When i call the representatives try to fast talk me and rush me off the phone. I am not pleased at all.

Being able to depend on Guidestone to… Being able to depend on Guidestone to handle my creditors has alleviated tremendous stress. I would have given a five-star but Guidestone missed their last check-in call with me and does not seem to have notified all my creditors that they are representing me yet, despite sending me an email that they were doing so over a month ago.

Filled with Uncertainty... I just signed up for the program for debt negotiation. At first I was excited to finally get my finances in order and be able to breath a little better each payday. But all of this talk about law suits and some of these bad reviews I am reading I find myself second guessing myself and I have not even started in the program yet. I am frightened and so unsure what to do.
