GBSCAM… I’ve been trying to contact this office for nearly 4 weeks now ! The phones aren’t working, the chat isn’t working, I’ve sent notice via their contact us tool & reached out to my assigned “attorney”. Zero response!!! I’m receiving notices of lawsuits against me for accounts they’re supposed to be working on & I can’t get a hold of anyone! They’re still taking my money out on time though! Feels very much like a scam, do not enroll in their program!

GBSorry but you guys are so unproffecinal… Sorry but you guys are so unproffecinal I can't believe your still in business. I guess the biggest issue is how there is virtually no communication! For all the money I've paid in & you've spent (not on my case) it makes me sick. I sent in info on a charge against me from Morris County court from American Express still haven't hear back anything from yas. Santander Bank withdrew money out of my personal checking account sent in paperwork on that still no reply from you. Bank of America here's another good one the Court expunged almost $30.000 dollars out of my Mother's Account just because no one from your firm contacted them. Maybe someone can get on the ball now?

GBI called them over a week ago… I called them over a week ago requesting a letter and told me for the month of February 2024 the system was down. I am still waiting for the letter as it been been a week. I am not receiving any response and I have on hold for three days. The phone takes you to a voice-mail or they tell you that the are closed and it was only 3:45 PM.

GBDo not use Meadowbrook Legal Group I am just expressing my experience with Meadowbrook legal group. I have started the program on November 2022 and I had 3 account with them. Two of the accounts they have negotiated and give me like 50% off, however the 3rd account wasn't resolved till now. The customer service is too bad, you may have to wait like hours and hours to get through some one or you never get through anyone, if you got some one they are not so knowledgeable to give you the answer you are looking for, sometime they simply say ohhh I don't know ... so why they are there ? God knows. I wouldn't suggest anyone to go through with them.

GBI felt a bit alone after setting… I felt a bit alone after setting everything up with you all. I would’ve appreciated more guidance and reassurance with the process. It was quite frustrating, receiving those derogatory credit reports; it was a crushing. Not so long ago I was up to 724 3 years ago. I guess this is part of the process, but I don’t like it. It was painful.
