Very pleasant experience during stressful situation I spoke with Andrea about reducing my debt. She was very professional during our conversation and presented my situation to me very candidly and openly. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer 100% of my questions. Hemeson. ABSOLUTELY A GREAT INSTRUCTOR! Hemeson, did a great job working with me. He was very polite and a patient man, which I appreciated very much. I was difficult to work with as I am 77 years old and have very little experience working on a computer. He showed a great deal of understanding, and helped me all the way through. Had he not ben so patient I probably would have thrown my hands up and never been able to actually complete the process. If any one deserves a compliment it surely would be Hemeson!
