Hemeson. ABSOLUTELY A GREAT INSTRUCTOR! Hemeson, did a great job working with me. He was very polite and a patient man, which I appreciated very much. I was difficult to work with as I am 77 years old and have very little experience working on a computer. He showed a great deal of understanding, and helped me all the way through. Had he not ben so patient I probably would have thrown my hands up and never been able to actually complete the process. If any one deserves a compliment it surely would be Hemeson!

Desiree is beyond AMAZING Desiree is beyond AMAZING. Words cannot descirbe how comforting she made me feel though out the entire process. I was hesitant calling at first but she made me feel like everything will be ok within the first couple minutes of the conversation. She answered and explained all my concerns and questions. She was extremely patient with me throughout the enrollment process. I am very thankful to her and I am glad she was the one who picked up the phone. No doubt the best customer service.

Great customer service I had the pleasure of speaking with Martha, she was patient and knowledgeable about the program, which helped eased my anxiety.
