Nicole deserves more than 5 stars 100% Went in thinking the complete opposite. I can say after the phone call and the explanations Nicole gave. I was left with no questions. She took her time to make sure what I was aiming for and what are the options. I don’t know how it’s going to turn out but I can say I feel confident and appreciative of the situation now.
