They were supposed to remove a number of inquiries and late payment items and a collections from our credit report. They were honest and upfront about the length of time this process would take. i Would not recommend anyone to this… i Would not recommend anyone to this company. It’s basically waste of my money and my time. I could have used my money on something else and not feel bad as I’m feeling by trusting this company. They promised me several things before signing up with them. Once I signed up i never received any status updates. Only time I get a phone call from them if there was any issue with payments. I have to call them to get status updates. I didn’t see them making any progress . I guess you got my point now.
