GBI had taken a lot of thought over … I had taken a lot of thought over signing into a program like this and then I received a post card in the mail and decided to look further into what was available for me and my personal issues. After calling and getting further information I was very pleased as to what was offered. I thought it was an easier thing to do than I had thought, and I was able to negotiate just the right amount I could afford to get my bills in order. I welcomed the monthly phone calls and the ease in getting the answers I was looking for.

GBKevin Lee did a great job Kevin Lee did a great job. Now your other associates I had to deal with, SMH...... need to learn from Kevin Lee on how to communicate and talk to people. Especially that fella with the cartoon character voice. Y'all know who I'm talking about.
