Wonderful cusomer service, and once your loan is nearing complete you have the option for a new refinanced loan with the balance you still own. GBI would like to say thank you for… I would like to say thank you for allowing me to take out a loan with u! But I would like to say I dint like the way the payments are set up! I am a disabled veteran who only gets income once a month n right now it’s hard for me to keep up with the payments! But I do appreciate the fact that I was able to pay my loan off and take it back out and get the difference
