Great full experience! My experience has proven to be a good one. From the beginning, everyone that I talked and dealt with has been professional and thorough. Michelle, my Account Manager, checks in with me weekly, provides updates frequently and when asked and she has shown me the utmost care and concern for my situation. Its almost impossible to get a reply… Its almost impossible to get a reply from this company or reach a live person. I suggest to others that are having this same issue, reach out to the FTC, CFPB and the state attorney general with complaints. I would never recommend dealing with CCS.
