Lifeline for our small business We entered the dark underworld of MCAs and seriously needed help navigating back to the light. Kimberly and Margaret are expert, patient and steadfast guides. We are grateful to them beyond measure. They listened and encouraged us when we hesitated, grew anxious, doubted, even despaired. They manage two accounts for us. One just settled with the second soon to follow. It is such a relief. We were reluctant to ask for help, but we could not deal with negotiations on our own and successfully operate our daily business. They will help you. They are listening. The process takes time. Their fees are worth it. Enlisting an objective party, one not emotionally tied to you or your business, to negotiate will result in a more favorable settlement. That was our experience anyway. Excellent Customer Service I'm giving this rating because of Deborah G., who is a Quality Assurance Manager. There was some confusion with my account and I was upset. Deborah called me back and was the kindest person. She sensed my frustration and listened to me vent. After she allowed me to calm down, she explained the program better to me. She handled my concerns and situation like a professional. I am completely satisfied with my service I received.
