Amazing experience I was doubtful doing this. I was nervous and kind of scared to be honest. Glacier Bay was the best thing I could’ve done. Glaciar Bay & Mike work for their clients! Mike is my designated POC and he is always so calm, kind and reassuring. I was really nervous about aspects of this program, however I knew my husband and I were in a financial spot where we needed this type of help. Mike has made the entire process less stressful. Our negotiator has negotiated amazing settlements for us. We are far from done this process, but I feel more confident at this point than I did prior to signing on.
