If you are a business owner and have… If you are a business owner and have delinquent/past due accounts, it's a no brainer - completely outsource this part of the business for a flat fee. Let professionals do this work, given me peace of mind. Highly recommend Mike and Team.

We are a small property management… We are a small property management company that has under 100 tenants, and Covid has really hurt us this year. Zindo has really helped to survive 2020 by convincing our tenants that they still have to pay even though we are in a pandemic.

FANTASTIC RETURN!!!!! I was skeptical of using Zindo because it sounded too good to be true. However, once I understood that they would do the work before they invoiced me, I figured why not give them a try. Now I understand their business model, they are building relationships for the long term. At $125 this makes even my small accounts worth pursuing. My receivables have increased by 42% in my last 2 fiscal quarters. Impressed with, not only the proficiency of their processes, but also the consistent professional services and assistance they provide. Definitely a 5 star rating.

I wish I would have started using Zindo years ago... Our experience with collection agencies in the past always left us wondering what was going on with our accounts. Zindo shares everything they do with us when they do it, so we see the progress with our customers. The process is simple, transparent, and effective. Best of all, you can’t beat the $125 flat fee.

A hassle to work with and confusion regarding services Zindo was able to collect but only partially. A large outstanding balance remains unpaid. The first demand letter sent by an Zindo Attorney was sent hastily, no attention to detail, full of errors and sent much sooner than I expected. I wasn’t given an opportunity to review the demand letter before it sent, to update the outstanding amount due for collection. There was a lag time between my first communication with Zindo and the first demand letter sent, which was over a month. The collection amount had risen substantially but the demand letter was sent based on the previous amount to be collected. Throughout the entire process I was constantly reminded that we are not their ideal customer. It felt like they were saying, we’er doing you a favor here and would rather not be bothered with servicing your account. There was miscommunication throughout the entire process and we had several different Zindo representatives corresponding with us. According to Zindo, there are four levels of service which they provide as needed. Demand letters or phone calls, but we received only two. When the third level was requested, we we’re treated horribly while being told that our business didn’t fit their business model. We are a non emergency medical logistics company. Our experience with Zindo was okay. A substantial amount remains outstanding and a 3rd level phone call or collection effort was not given as they said it would be. After being treated as a pain in the ***, rather than a paying client, we hired another collection firm to continue the process. We will not be using Zindo in the future. Zindo offered a refund which was taken as an insult by this point.
