GBLevel One Presentation The only issue I see is the level one presentation should be completed by the customer service team via either Zoom or MS Teams. The presentation should be completed before the Notary comes to get paperwork signed. The presentation should not be completed by the Notary. That way you are hearing from the customer service team and not someone not familiar with Level One.
