At first At first, I was skeptical about the company. I was scammed out of jewelry in the past but I spoke to Jordan Issac and all my worries was washed away. Mr. Issac was VERY professional and ENTHUSIASTIC about helping me. He took the time to FaceTime me and walked through his facility. With no rush, he took the time to explain the process and called me immediately upon receiving my items and with no issue wired the funds! I'm glad I was able meet Mr. Issac. I would recommend the Diamond Banc over any company.

They will never give you a correct… They will never give you a correct payout sum. HAVE TO RECALCULATE! Always would make it 300-500 more. It was so shady. And it didn’t happen once. It happened 6 times!

We were thoroughly impressed with… We were thoroughly impressed with Kathleen in Boca. We brought our jewellery in for assessment as we were not sure of the values and authenticity. Kathleen was very engaging. She knew her stuff and went into detailed examination and testing. She was accurate in where the jewelry originated and the type of stones and cuts. Although we sold only a few pieces to her we would definitely return.

Patience is a virtue, and Jordan has a lot of it I contact Diamond Banc back in March, 2020, for a collateral loan on my wedding ring. Jordan was so pleasant and answered all of my many questions. He quickly got my loan approved but I delayed because of uncertainty and other issues, including not wanting to even temporarily part with my baby. He stayed in touch, providing me with further assurances, even FaceTiming me to see the facility. So after further delay and much prayer, I feel very confident that he is a blessing. Everything was finally completed today, done professionally and honestly. I have no doubt that I will continue to do business with Jordan. Thanks
