At first At first, I was skeptical about the company. I was scammed out of jewelry in the past but I spoke to Jordan Issac and all my worries was washed away. Mr. Issac was VERY professional and ENTHUSIASTIC about helping me. He took the time to FaceTime me and walked through his facility. With no rush, he took the time to explain the process and called me immediately upon receiving my items and with no issue wired the funds! I'm glad I was able meet Mr. Issac. I would recommend the Diamond Banc over any company.

Sometimes in life you just need someone… Sometimes in life you just need someone to lend you a hand just to get you thru an emergency crisis and Diamond Banc did just that. They walked you through and explained their entire process not only online but verbally and there were no last minute surprises. In fact, I inadvertently fat fingered info and they knew I had a deadline to meet and they went above and beyond to assist me and ensure I was able to meet it in time.

Very fair with their terms and working with Jodi in the Tampa branch was an exceptional experience. Due to Covid 19 my family experienced an unfortunate set back financially and the loan we were able to get from Diamond Banc got us back on track. Forever grateful. Diamond Banc is a God send.

Bad/worst Bad. Only screenshots of Jordan's message wanting to my watch .then sending pictures of my watch broken saying it was fake . WHEN I KNOW IT WASNT. . but wanted to still keep it saying it was a good COUNTERFEIT watch for his team to keep and look at. U can see see they are rogue/fake. From the messages. And they don't send r ship anything on FRIDAYS. But that is not on tbe website since that's a big part being a WEEKDAY. And how I was rushed to have it shipped to them promising me 3000. From all the pictures I had to send .. only the messages will let u see how fake they are and jow stupid I was. Lesson learned....=//....I understand u would have to take a watch like that seriously into looking in it and making sure it is real. Offering me 2500 at first with the pictures . Then 10 mins later 3000. ..having a personal number and a business number I understand too. An sending my pictures through the company number an sending me pictures and messages about my watch after u opened to make sure it was real on the personal number because Jordan said you can't send pictures through his company cellphone. But he could on his personal. . But the messages should have stayed on tbe company cellphone after the pictures. I also believe that ithe watch should have been shipped as the same way of him rushing me to get it to FedEx so the funds can hurry and get to me. But with offering to set amd pay for FedEx to pick it up so I could have it back today your guys wouldn't even let me do that. The way the offer jumped 2500 /3000 . With pictures . I should have not been told any offer until you looked at it. And you wanted to keep it saying it one of the best counterfeit watches and it will help ur team to look at more like that because it was really good COUNTERFEIT. But with being said " if it was such a good COUNTERFEIT. Why even worry about having back safely if i was offering to pay to have back the next day and making sure I get it back safely because the policy of the facility has no overnight on Fridays. It just don't make since. If u can receive pictures on one phone. U should send back on the same phone. Not personal. An if u offer jumped 500 more because I didn't respond so quickly on pictures I sent ( over 25) . I'm still sick to my stomache I fell for it. But like I said I learned.
