Patience is a virtue, and Jordan has a lot of it I contact Diamond Banc back in March, 2020, for a collateral loan on my wedding ring. Jordan was so pleasant and answered all of my many questions. He quickly got my loan approved but I delayed because of uncertainty and other issues, including not wanting to even temporarily part with my baby. Kathleen was very engaging. She knew her stuff and went into detailed examination and testing. She was accurate in where the jewelry originated and the type of stones and cuts. Although we sold only a few pieces to her we would definitely return.
