Patience is a virtue, and Jordan has a lot of it I contact Diamond Banc back in March, 2020, for a collateral loan on my wedding ring. Jordan was so pleasant and answered all of my many questions. He quickly got my loan approved but I delayed because of uncertainty and other issues, including not wanting to even temporarily part with my baby. He stayed in touch, providing me with further assurances, even FaceTiming me to see the facility. So after further delay and much prayer, I feel very confident that he is a blessing. They were pretty quick with the cash… They were pretty quick with the cash but they def don't come close to what its value of the jewelry is. They work similar to a pawn shop so if you dont pay they can keep your jewelry and still sell for a profit. All in all though its convenient

Very fair with their terms and working with Jodi in the Tampa branch was an exceptional experience.
