Horrible customer experience. Horrible customer experience. Hitansh Arora refuses to help at all, says he needs a NDA in order to give even a debt buyers name, tells me to "use google" when all I did was ask for a starting point for research. This company is not legit, stay away.

Excellent debt trading platform As a customer who had a large portfolio of debts to sell, I was initially hesistant to trust an online platform for such an important transaction. However, I was pleasently surprised with Carlos professionalism, efficiency and great customer service. With his help the prosess of uploading my portfolio was not difficult at all. The next few days I started to recieve offers from buyers. Their quallity and prices were very nice (for the most part).

Not FTC approved. Not FTC approved. No true auction house. No seller control. No fair rules for both sides. Flakey at best, what are the rules? Worst customer communication specially with "Henry" aka Hitansh Arora. They should be shut down ASAP.
