I judge a company on it's word and… I judge a company on it's word and performance. My case has lasted years, YEARS, though I was told it would be 18 months. Paid in full. But no one has completed the contract. If I hired a landscaper to do my home, paid them in full, and, after years, still didn't have the job done (no matter what the excuse), what would you rate them?
