Horrible experience Horrible experience, lies and can't get anyone to reply. All it helped was Transunion and I paid for 2 years back but it doesn't let me add my bank for Equifax

I don't understand how your program… I don't understand how your program works because since being a customer I don't see how it has positively hit my credit report. I do see that its reported on Transunion & Equifax. It was my understanding that it goes back 2 years payment history. I would like to know if it has reported correctly. I've called hold time is long and I emailed.

Superb Service I had a wonderful time chatting with Emily Alvarado fixing my issues to hook up the two credit bureaus and making sure everything was corrected. Credit my rent is awesome!! I recently had an issue, but credit my rent contacted me immediately!! The customer service was amazing and I’m happy to say my rent is now reporting to Equifax and Transunion!! This service works! I highly recommend this service if you want to improve your credit score or get credit for paying your rent!

The two stars are really for the… The two stars are really for the outstanding customer service given by Lakeisha. Other than that this review is for others to save their money. Everyone’s credit score is different but, I recommend only starting off with the minimum rental history reported. I went big and purchased the 2year past reporting and monthly subscription but it did absolutely nothing. Save your money. Use it towards a secured credit card instead. At least then you will have something useful.
