GBI ordered two packages one for my… I ordered two packages one for my father and sister, they made it clear that they must charge payments for both prior to proceeding. Then Mike whom I have been speaking with along with Kathy, swear up and down that they only charged for one person, when I specifically sent them money and seeing it reflect my account for both my sister and father. How can a firm not have access to their transaction history or payment history? He keeps coming up with excuses as to why he can’t get the transaction history. I have had people use his services before so this is not the first time dealing with him, however; him taking payment and not delivering, then denying any payment when I have the corresponding emails confirming payment is a slap in the face. I would not refer anyone to him again.

GBPurchased a tradeline that was supposed… Purchased a tradeline that was supposed to post on July 21, 2023. It did not, and still has not. No follow up from Superior as to why it has not posted, or when it will. No response to emails requesting an update. Poor customer service.
