USHal is a wealth of knowledge… Hal was great and a wealth of knowledge! I had a water leak in my condo from my upstairs' neighbor on Thanksgiving Day. I was unable to get in contact with anyone, not even my insurance company, but Hal picked up and guided me through the complex process. He was right on que with the information he provided and I was able to get everything fixed with the proper funding, which my insurance company was not providing.
