His staff, of which there are many that have reached out along the way, have explained the steps as well. They have been extremely knowledgeable. Also, knowing my situation, they have been completely understanding of my plight and flexible when need be. I was obviously proceeded with some trepidation, as anyone would in this situation. But I felt I could completely trust them not too long after we started.
