They literally stopped replying to my emails. They promised I would see results by a certain date, weeks later, no response from them, and no change in my credit.

It’s worth it! They helped me get rid of a lot of inaccurate collection accounts. It saved a lot of hassle on my end and was definitely worth it. My score went up over 100 points during my 3 months with collection shield, I managed my accounts responsibly while they took care of my disputes.

They were able to get a $9100.00… They were able to get a $9100.00 collection deleted from all 3 credit bureaus in the first 2 months. That was just using their basic free service. I've now signed up for the premium service and will continue disputing old medical collections. Still waiting for score updates....but am confident it should go up!!!
