Stay Away from Ron Ron will disappear and not answering your phone calls or emails after charging you. I hire himno Jan 2021, it’s is August and I don’t have a single proof that he worked on my case. Stay away, it’s exhausting, so do not give your money to him Updated review Sep2021: After leaving a bad review I was contacted by Ron and my case was updated (still need to verify that next month on my credit report), but what a coincidence. So, I’ll update my review and take out words like SCAM since he delivered it at the end right? But still, I’ll keep suggesting to not give your money to this company. It was an stressful period where I gave them hundreds of dollars and then when I ask for an update or proof not hearing from them. Update: based on their response I’ll try not to give too many details but just enough so people can make their own conclusions. He claim that 25 items were removed or modified. Let start by saying that 11 of them were done late august-early September after I left the bad review and not because I asked them for them many times. So the claim he says that my case was completed 4 months after I hired them (in January) is not accurate (since 4 months was May). If that happen to you, leave a bad review, only then, Ron might review your case. Of those 14 items left, 6 were self reported accounts on Experian Boost, which I my self deleted them after not getting answer from him and 3 were irrelevant since were claiming wrong balance on an credit card account that had perfect status (Keep in mind I didn’t hired them to increase my credit score, more of that later). So there are 5 items left where he did removed 4 and 1 is still there. So, not 25. As a note, I’d like to point out that I hired Ron to hell me with those 4 items that he did worked on, plus the one is still there, plus the 11 he didn’t work on until I left a bad review in August after telling me in May he was done with my case, and also to represent me in negotiations with a collection company that had sued me in another state which I had just found out that the court date was weeks out. In this case he promised me to move fast reaching them before the court date to settle the debt, he reassured me it'll be easy and will start reaching them the next day. Well, 11 days passed by and he didn't reach them at all. That was the first disappointment and I knew nothing would go right with this guy. Luckily for me, I got by advise of a lawyer in the other state, my case was dismissed without prejudice just about 2 weeks from the court date. I quickly reached Ron after numerous tries and let him know to not contact that company and to please focus on the 5 items + 11 previously mentioned. Not partially refund were given. He expected to do 5 items for the price I initially agreed for all of previously mentioned. In conclusion, he delivered 4 items, disappeared with the other 12 and I felt dumb trying to reach him while he was innorimg me, plus didn't moved a finger when I needed him the most settling the debt. So bad experience= bad review. Not professionals at all. At least with me

Warning. Stay far away from this company! I obtained this companies service for a second time earlier this year (the first time great experience.) I'm not sure what happened, but it seems the company is being solely run by the "President" Ron Bennett. I started my service in February, with the promise of updated progress reports on the status of the repairs promised. Well, 3 months went by and after email and phone calls with no response I asked for a "partial refund." The service was good for 9 months, so to be fair I offered to pay for the 3 months that they supposedly did work in. I spoke to Ron on the phone and he scoffed at me when I asked for a refund followed by a "good luck with that." I am not proud to have also lost my cool on the phone conversation, but understandable when you have to deal with this man. You're also signed up for something called IDENTITYQ, a website used to monitor and consolidate your credit reports. Ron changed my password and started doing hurried work to make it look like my claims were falsely met. I'm pretty sure that may be illegal, if not extremely unethical. Since then, Ron has acted like our heated phone call/emails/request of refund/cease of service never happened and sent me a report. Ron then changed the dates looking like he did the work in the first three months in retaining his service. Not the case at all! So to conclude, Ron has since then offered me 75 dollars back of the 450 spent, as he stated in the most recent email "to make this go away." Apparently this man is very stubborn, or the company must really not be doing well to be fighting a battle over this amount of money. I have seen other reviews of this business on Trust Pilot and other sources singing the same story as I. All with Ron's name included. I am not a vindictive person, but I would like to warn others in dealing with individuals such as this man, especially when it has to do with your credit! So Ron, please do the right thing and return the money owed to the people you have failed to provide service to!

Misrepresentation of character, abilities, & promises. I was referred to this company buy another business I had used for a different matter. After apprx. 3 mths it turned out to be a huge mistake getting involved with Credit Team. I would not get communications from them about my case & everytime I would speak to Ron Bennett, he would say computers were down & have to get back to me with an update, never did. I think the only time they worked was to collect money & if something happened they didn't hesitate to call. I told the company that recommended them of the problems & not just because of me but other complaints they quit referring them, which Ron denied. I eventually told him I was done & want my funds back. Amazingly he reached out, twice, about not getting in touch with me like he planned bcuz of circumstances that were 2 different stories, so he forgot the 1st lie when he called & told the 2nd one. I'm trying to recoop my loses on this fraudulent company & he's gonna have a pit bull on his butt ,cuz I don't give up easily. This is just one of the tactics at our, the consumers, disposal. In a nutshell do not!!!!! use this company they lie to you about the service. The main one I told them about that was causing me the most trouble was never addressed. They do not do what they & cannot be trusted. The term Snakeoil salesman comes to mind, remember that!!

Started off good, went to awful fast. I worked with this company years ago to get some random detractors off my credit report. A toll from Indiana, some things that made it to collections even though I had paid them or had paid them once I realized they existed and were in collections. They did a good job and got a lot of things removed. But then I went to them for debt consolidation. I get that not being an option at the time, but they stopped emailing me mid-process and never updated me on the status of my applications. I sent multiple emails and called more than 3 times, leaving messages for Ron Bennett. To add injury to injury, they charged me $60 to sign up for a service called IdentIQ to pull my reports (they said it would be a one time charge). The following three months I was charged $20/mo (another $60) for a service I never asked for, authorized or needed as I already pay for those services through another company. I was finally able to cancel the IdentIQ account, but they refused to refund me because Ron Bennett had checked a box stating that I wanted to enroll in their services, again, without my authorization. Proof? When I went to cancel the IdentIQ account, I clicked reset my password (because I had no idea what it was) and I got a message "this email address does not exist". I never started an account with them. I'm sure the credit team is enjoying a nice affiliate kickback. In summary, I called to consolidate some debt, a pretty common thing, and not only did I not get approved, I lost $60 more that I will never see again. Ron could have just told me I had to enroll and then cancel. But he was too busy (always) and likely had other callers ready to give him a cc # on the other line. He never, not once, called me to update me on the status of my application. I had to track him down with multiple messages to get one call back. I don't have to pay for that kind of abuse, I can get it free most places. Go to Lending Club directly, they were very nice.
