Don't expect promised results. 2 1/2 years ago we gave them $25,000 to get us out of our timeshare. This was in part to their advertised success rate and their "Money back guarantee". We are now with the third legal team they sent us too and still no further along now than two and a half years ago. Except our credit took a significant hit. Empty promises and poor communication are their specialty. We also filed a complaint with the BBB, and their response (timeshare Selling Team) was they couldn't get a hold of us to discuss the issue. Complete Lie as I have all the emails I have ever sent or received from them to prove otherwise.
