He wasted my time and hung up on me without wasting HIS time to simply say that I do not fit their client profile. Simply rude. Even if you think you fit the profile (needing credit help to get a house) I would find a more respectful source.

I have been paying these people for 3… I have been paying these people for 3 months and they're not doing anything for me I've done everything not them they can charge me every month and tell me a bunch of stuff it's not going as they promised. They never had me sign anything to get authorization to contact the credit bureau on my behalf so the bureau contacted me to let me know that. I hope something changes. I am being terrorized and tormented by a neighbor from hell and I need to get out of here. I am in a dire situation, innovation is not helping me so far.
