GBI'm not sure any count as I'm going on… I'm not sure any count as I'm going on my 3rd month and they disputed some charges but nothing happened. Said could report my rent to credit bureau wouldn't send me the info until the first payment large payment cleared although unpaid a small payment of 14.95. Still another 14.95 and after large payment I got an email to fill out for rent reporting and asked them when would show up and said would on the 8th of this month but this happens to be the same exact day my next large payment is due. I fond this all funny how that's working and my landlord has gotten nothing from them to back my claims of paying every month which they said would have to talk to him to verify this

GBI'm still saying don't give your money to these crooks I previously wrote a review about CIG and after the review, Queri (Kerry) reached out to me and asked what I wanted. I informed her that I would like a refund because CIG did nothing for me. And she stated that I can get a partial refund, so I said okay. She then just hung up. And if course you already know that I have not received any money back from them. It's very sad that the only time she reached out to me was because I wrote a review revealing the truth about this company. Total waste of time and money to deal with CIG. Don't do it. They talk a big game to get you to sign up but after they get your money, they don't do anything.

GBScammers, they ruin credit and steal your money I worked for them and tried to have my credit fixed by them. As an employer, they steal from their employees by changing the sales quota and requirements. As a credit fixer, they only provided my credit reports... rent has not been reported.. their Self/CreditStrong program actually makes your credit worse and is another source of stealing your money. I'm currently with Credit Strong, they report $2500 loan @$30 a month payment. Its a 10 year loan, they take 50% of the payment in Interest, and it lowers my score by debt income ratio.... to get out of it I have to pay the whole loan off and wait 7 days for them to return it, which I now don't currently trust that. For customer service, I have been hug up on multiple times. Your credit agent (mine is Hyrum) never calls you back, and their hold music is just atrocious. They are scammers..... a whole entire energy suck. Bad bad energy. Stay clear of the liars and cheaters.

GBCIG is a company full of scammers!! I'd say a 1 start rating is still too good of a rating for this company. They do not deserve to get rated. CIG is a huge SCAM! My mother was using them and when it came down to issue her the money too many issues had taken place. Nearly $2K was spent trying to rebuild credit and get the funds issued. There was more money that needed to be sent to them, then once it was said that her "package" was being delivered, it was said the FedEx driver was stopped by the IRS because they needs documents signed prior to receiving the package , and she, my mother, needed to pay another $7500 to get those docs signed. Now "if" this said package, which was money, was held up by the IRS, wouldn't the IRS take out the money that was needed prior to issuing the money? DO NOT use CIG. My mother is getting her lawyer involved with this scam. Nothing but lies and and unfulfilled promises coming from this company. They directed business to a guy named Henry Williams who didnt respond with answers to her questions. CIG is a company full of frauds and they will get exposed! When she asked to get a refund of her money that she sent in order to receive the funds she was ignored and Henry kept saying she needed to pay 7500 to get the package delivered. CIG, how hard is it to return the money to a customer who no longer wants to utilize your services since you all are frauds and scamming people? Ive read your reviews. They're all mixed reviews the bad outweighs the good. CIG and Henry Williams will be hearing from our attorney!
