The agent Catherine Willie was the agent that helped get through my nightmare The agent Catherine Willie was professional, kind, and ver personable. She needs a raise. We were in the phone for almost 2 hours. We could not get it done. HOWEVER, she emailed me 2 hour later stating she finally got the application to go through. Now that is dedication. I really enjoyed my interaction and her professionalism. Like I said give her a raise. I was on the phone for 5 hours before I found someone to help me. Again. Great person and many thanks for the complicated situation I was in.

I was inquiring about all my Medicare… I was inquiring about all my Medicare options and decided on a medicare advantage plan. I had spoken with other representatives from other insurance companies and didn’t get offered the plan Andrew Werr from Smart match set me up with. It looks to be a great plan from Humana. He was very patient in working with me, because initially I wanted medigap insurance with a Drug plan. It wasn’t affordable due to being under 65. But the plan I ended up with sounds great and I’m so appreciative that he took the time and explained all my options. He is very knowledgeable about Medicare as well as numerous Medicare advantage plans and took my needs and wants into account when helping me find the best plan for me. I Highly recommend Andrew if you’re needing help trying to decipher this somewhat confusing Medicare information.

I received exactly what was needed for… I received exactly what was needed for me! Now I have a new Medicare Advantage coverage plan with lower deductible and copays than I was paying before!!
