The agent Catherine Willie was the agent that helped get through my nightmare The agent Catherine Willie was professional, kind, and ver personable. She needs a raise. We were in the phone for almost 2 hours. We could not get it done. HOWEVER, she emailed me 2 hour later stating she finally got the application to go through. Now that is dedication. I really enjoyed my interaction and her professionalism. Like I said give her a raise. I was on the phone for 5 hours before I found someone to help me. Again. Great person and many thanks for the complicated situation I was in.

Dont believe everything you hear from Smart review.even if they dont know they'll make up ( tell you) what they think you want to hear Don't believe what you hear from smart review they will tell you even if they don't know . what they think you want to hear.
