Great customer service, mediocre website. The operator, Sheralee Simms, was very helpful in setting up my policy. 5 Stars for her. Creating my online account was not a smooth process, however, and I am still having errors pop up related to documents that need signed even though I have confirmed I have completed everything. Had to create a 2nd account and still have the same issues.

Longtime customer Have had American Collectors for many years. Haven't had a claim...knock on wood. Always easy to use online and recently used customer service which handled things just fine. I am glad they are here for my insurance needs. Thanks!
