I have had excellent customer service… I have had excellent customer service with Ensurem. Trying to pick the correct insurance for yourself can be difficult. Joline made me feel more at ease and assured me we would find the best possible plan for me. She worked hard for me so that I didn't have to. I also had every single question answered! Pam was also very sweet to welcome me to the plan and let me know what my next steps would be. I couldn't be happier to have such excellent customer service. Thanks Ensurem!

The agent The agent, Patrice, who helped me was friendly, courteous, and really knew what she was doing. She was very helpful, answering all the questions I had. As far as Ensurum is concerned, it hasn't even been 24 hours since I signed up, so I really have no knowledge of the company itself (and I hope I never find out).
