ALPS gets an A+ I have enjoyed using ALPS over the last 3 years. Just wish I had better understood the negative effect that adding an additional attorney to my solo practice policy for a short time would have on receiving tail coverage upon retirement at no cost. Oh well, live and learn. ALPS gets an A+ so far from me.

Highly satisfied, long term customer ALPS is just so user friendly. Always a helpful, cheerful rep who knows your firm to answer the phone and answer questions. ALPS doesnt pester you but finds the right mix of staying engaged with troubling you at renewal time. I could not recommend an insurance company any higher than i do ALPS
