One of the greatest things about using ALPS... One of the greatest things about using ALPS is my Representative, Meg Ratzburg. Every year she walks me through my renewal, and answers all my questions with kindness regardless of how goofy the question. I also am very appreciative of the consistency of the product and that it is still priced reasonable for those of us small firms or solo practitioners doing what we love.

ALPS's new online renewal system ALPS's new(ish) online renewal system is fantastic. It was very easy to get a quote for renewal and to submit an application. I have been with them now for four years and have no intention of changing providers.

ALPS gets an A+ I have enjoyed using ALPS over the last 3 years. Just wish I had better understood the negative effect that adding an additional attorney to my solo practice policy for a short time would have on receiving tail coverage upon retirement at no cost. Oh well, live and learn. ALPS gets an A+ so far from me.
