GBGreat Experience in Renewing Insurance I always wait until the last minute to renew my malpractice insurance. I don't intend to do so, but it happens. So I started working on the Application on April 8th, submitted it on April 9th, and had the policy in place by April 10th! The deadline was April 11th. Traci Hofer had given me reminders for the last two months, so I wouldn't forget. The complete online Application and online financial page were especially helpful and time-saving. The instructions were clear; any questions I had were answered by the online documents. I am very pleased with the process of renewing my insurance through ALPS.

GBOne of the greatest things about using ALPS... One of the greatest things about using ALPS is my Representative, Meg Ratzburg. Every year she walks me through my renewal, and answers all my questions with kindness regardless of how goofy the question. I also am very appreciative of the consistency of the product and that it is still priced reasonable for those of us small firms or solo practitioners doing what we love.

GBALPS gets an A+ I have enjoyed using ALPS over the last 3 years. Just wish I had better understood the negative effect that adding an additional attorney to my solo practice policy for a short time would have on receiving tail coverage upon retirement at no cost. Oh well, live and learn. ALPS gets an A+ so far from me.
