I must have ran examples in their website over a hundred times. Haha. Best website on the web, by the way. The process went as described, the quote was right, and no issues. Looked elsewhere, this was a keeper I can feel that they want to earn my business by actually serving me. The COO, Eriel Stern, called me couple of times to apologize when the insurance company (not his group) made a mistakes. His reply to my email would have sufficed. They are very fast responders to emails and calls in every situation. The website is built to be helpful to customers even for those who may not end up buying these products. The self-service quoting tool is very transparent and supremely helpful.
