Finally someone that gets customer service I have been in business administration half my life and dealing with insurance, (you all know) .. the let me connect you with our partner .... is THE most painful call I always try to avoid, not this time seriously the person who answered and asked all the initial questions was the ONLY one I had to talk to do get it DONE.
