All Programs are Not Equal ! How many of us can honestly say that they know all of the ins and outs of todays available supplemental and advantage programs ? Very few, I know that for a fact ! Thankfully, we met with our Connie Health agent, Rita. All of these things I really knew nothing about and really worried about, were explained clearly by Rita in one visit. She compared several plans to determine which was best for us and OUR circumstances. All programs are not equal for everyone. Rita was able to answer every question and every concern we had. She came to our home which made this consultation more comfortable than some companies that only contact you be telephone. These agents are highly trained and that became very obvious within minutes of her arrival to our home. All in All, our agent became a trusted friend and advisor. We are so happy that we did business with Connie Health and our friend, Rita !

Clearly the right choice The call began with the Connie Health representative taking care to be bright and assuring me that they could answer my questions and help me understand what I needed to do. I was introduced to my agent and he directed me patiently through the process. The fog began to lift as he explained and I am much more at ease. I have at least two people I can call if I have questions. My opinion is Connie Health is a call anyone needing clear advice and assistance should consider immediately.

I was wrong about Connie Health I wanted to bash this company I thought the agent took advantage of my mom I called and called and finally got someone and have to say I had an exceptional experience dealing with the head of sales, Theo.He actually took my call and He not only fulfilled his promises by calling me when he said he would but also went above and beyond to provide the information I needed. Theo patiently walked me through all my questions, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. What truly stood out was his commitment to follow up he called me a week later to ensure everything was okay. I appreciate Theo's genuine care and dedication to his clients. Kudos to him for taking the time and making the extra effort! because of him when I retire I will be calling connie health.

Agent Oscar Diego - 6 Stars!!! What made my experience an absolute pleasure was Oscar Diego. I dreaded finding a new Insurance Agent following the retirement of my former Agent, but Oscar handled everything for me effortlessly and painlessly (at least for ME!), and I’m completely happy with him AND my new Health Insurance.
