She knew how to answer every question I had with confidence. She knows the companies fully. She made me feel confident with my decision. If all the agents knew as much as she does you would have a 100 o/o success rate with all there transactions. She was the deciding factor. I truly enjoyed speaking with her.

GBNot OUR choice what we buy at the pharmacy..... I am really disappointed that our pharmacy of choice has to be CVS and that's where you have to go to get your 3 months benefits. It's a pain in the back side to have to go through that book or the CVS store and decide what you can get and it's only what Aetna says that you can have. I use very little of what they say we can have. I'd much rather just have a prepaid card and go buy it where I want to and buy what I want to. Of course if there's ever a chance of referring Aetna to someone else, I will tell them how messed up it is to buy your pharmacy items.
