INI just got a policy for self & wife so… I just got a policy for self & wife so really cannot say much. Will really be able to give a feedback on return from my trip to the USA, around first week June'24. However, it was very easy to navigate through and purchase the policy. Terms & conditions well spelt out and explained so no issue. We really are at peace considering our age well over 76 & 72. Thank you Sir.

BEForms are very easy to complete Forms are very easy to complete, very clear. But I think it could be made better by giving more user-friendly languages to define the insurance policies; most of travelers are probably young people who travel for the first times and to read law-filled jargons might be a bit difficult. Nonetheless I am very satisfied with the process to complete and purchase the insurance and might buy them again in the future.

GBI could not use my International… I could not use my International MasterCard from my French Bank. I had to use another Credit Card.
