Not user friendly I had to try 3 different times to put our information in. The instructions are not clear and when something is missing it sent me back to the beginning. Very frustrating.

Quick and efficient When I initially was setting up my business, I had a million things going on at once and forgot I had already set up an account. I ended up setting up a second account because I didn't remember the first. Anyhow Sean S. got me squared away in a matter of minutes! He was incredibly helpful, in deleting one of the accounts and helping me get my password reset. All my dealings with Colonial so far have been quick and efficient, which I appreciated immensely.
