I was extremely confused and quite… I was extremely confused and quite anxious about all of the Medicare parts and plans. I was afraid that I would mess something up and make uninformed choices that I would later regret. Fortunately, I stumbled on to the IHealthBrokers YouTube channel and started watch every video relating to Medicare. Because the videos were so well put together, and presented in an understandable way, the clouds began to part and the angels started to sing! Pretty remarkable for not being a person of faith! I made the call and found every person I dealt with to be very polite, helpful and courteous. Eric was extremely helpful in getting me setup with the right Supplemental Plan and Part D plan.
